Navanithi Prasad Singh sworn in as Kerala CJ

Governor P. Sathasivam on Monday administered the oath of office to Justice Navanithi Prasad Singh as Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court at a solemn function in Raj Bhavan on Monday.

Justice Navanithi Prasad Singh was a judge in the Patna High Court before his elevation as the Chief Justice of Kerala.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Ministers A.K. Saseendran, Mathew T. Thomas, E. Chandrashekaran, C. Ravindranath and Kadannappally Ramachandran, Shashi Tharoor, MP, Justice Antony Dominic, Justice P.N. Raveendran, Justice Surendra Mohan, Justice P.R. Ramachandra Menon of the Kerala High Court, Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh, Justice Mihir Kumar Jha, judicial member of the Bihar Lok Ayukta were also present when Justice Navanithi Prasad Singh was being sworn in as the Chief Justice.
